Are you looking for ongoing 1:1 support rather than a one-off fix?
Do you want a coach who gets it from lived experience, not just a textbook?
Are you recently diagnosed with ADHD, or self-identifying and working out what that means?
Making sense of how ADHD actually shows up for you
Communication and expectations at work
Executive function, overwhelm, and inconsistent energy
Routines and strategies that fit your brain, not a generic system
My ADHD coaching includes exploring coping strategies that are individual to you, rather than working through an online list to find what sticks.
What works for one person can leave another feeling like they've failed, so instead we look at what's already working for you, build on it, and work out what to do when a strategy stops working.
Ready to find out if coaching is right for you?
Coaching looks different for everyone. What you take from a session depends on where you are and what you need that day, so I won't make promises about exactly what will shift.
What I can tell you is that every session is confidential and completely free of judgement.
Within that space, you might finish a session with a clearer understanding of why a task you've been putting off for months feels so hard – and a small, tangible goal that makes it feel more doable.
Or you might spend the session talking through everything that's happened since you last spoke, and find that the act of putting it into words is what you needed – even if it takes a few days to settle.
What most clients have in common is this: they come away with a better understanding of how their brain works, and why that matters. What they do with that looks different every time.
Senior Leader
"Working with Sharon has given me clarity, focus and confidence over time. Each session has offered a safe space to explore ideas, reflect deeply and challenge myself, while keeping me accountable to my goals. The coaching has been a powerful way to accelerate change and stay on track."
"Sharon is amazing. She helps me find a lot of insights into aspects of myself that I don't always see (or understand from when others in my life try to convey the same thing). She is bubbly, fun and positive. And we've found lots of practical actions to take to move me forward."
"In each session, Sharon meets me exactly where I'm at and shows me so much care and kindness. Sharon has helped me look at the challenge through an ADHD lens. Sometimes, that is helping me accept the situation, and sometimes that's showing me ways to overcome an issue or reach a goal by being aware of what's needed for an ADHD brain to function. I'm very grateful that I've been able to work with Sharon. It feels like I'm with an understanding friend who wants the best for me."
