The focus is on practical application, with opportunities for participants to contribute their experiences, ask questions and explore possible improvements.
Using The NEW E.R.A. Method®, we'll look at everyday workplace processes, documents and ways of working, identifying where greater clarity, consistency and flexibility could make a difference.
These interactive sessions are about rolling up our sleeves and exploring how to put that understanding into practice.
Understanding neurodiversity is important, but awareness alone doesn't change the way we work.
It must take place within eight weeks. If arranging the group review proves impractical, it can be replaced by one 90-minute 1:1 Practical Guidance session, in accordance with the booking terms.
The review is normally held four to six weeks after the workshop, with the date agreed during the advance planning meeting.
Workshop Plus includes everything above, together with a 90-minute Implementation Review to explore what's happened since the workshop, discuss any difficulties and consider further refinements or adjustments.

The emphasis is on developing understanding and practical skills that participants can continue applying after the workshop.
Depending on the chosen focus, this might include improving the clarity of written instructions, identifying gaps in a process, making responsibilities more visible or exploring different approaches to communication.
During the workshop, participants will work collaboratively to explore what currently happens, identify potential barriers and consider practical improvements.
We'll begin with an advance planning meeting to agree the focus and select suitable material.
This tailored workshop provides an opportunity to apply The NEW E.R.A. Method® to a real document, process or working practice within your organisation.

Rather than providing a slide pack, I use the book as a practical how-to resource that participants can return to as they continue exploring and improving working practices.
Every participant receives a copy of The NEW E.R.A. Method®: The Practical Framework for Building a Neuro-Inclusive Workplace.
My approach is collaborative and practical. Rather than arriving with predetermined solutions, I help people explore what's happening, consider different perspectives and identify changes that could make everyday working life better.
I've seen how unclear expectations, hidden assumptions and unnecessarily complicated ways of working can create difficulties for people, regardless of whether they're neurodivergent.
My background includes developing and improving processes, creating clear documentation and helping people understand how work happens in practice.
I bring more than 30 years of practical workplace experience across different sectors, combined with professional coaching skills and specialist knowledge of neuro-inclusion.
Sometimes relatively small changes to everyday working practices can make a meaningful difference.
Creating a more neuro-inclusive workplace doesn't necessarily require expensive systems or organisation-wide transformation.
If you'd like to explore how The NEW E.R.A. Method® could help your organisation or team, let's start with a conversation.
