Where intention meets action

The NEW E.R.A. Method®

Most workplace friction isn't caused by individual failings – it's caused by systems and processes that were never designed with human variability in mind. Making those systems clearer doesn't just support neurodivergent employees. It makes work more navigable for everyone.

The NEW E.R.A. Method® takes its name from its three stages, and bridges the gap between intention and action.

NEW ERA METHOD® WORKSHOPS

There's a standard package, adapted to your organisation's needs, with bespoke options available too if further adaptation is required – we'll cover this at the discovery call.

I don't bring in something that worked elsewhere and expect it to fit. Every engagement is led by what your organisation actually needs.

Build in accountability, so change doesn't stop when the workshop ends – a follow-up session, an ongoing coaching relationship, or a scheduled document review.

The Method is iterative: organisations change, people change, the work continues.

ADJUST

Make documents and processes genuinely usable – clearer communication standards, procedures, onboarding materials, and performance processes that don't inadvertently disadvantage anyone.

See Workshops for what this looks like in practice.

REFINE

Understand what the working day actually requires of people – the unwritten rules, invisible expectations, and documents that assume knowledge people don't have.

It's not about finding fault; it's about seeing clearly what the environment is asking of people.

BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

Every engagement starts with a discovery call – a conversation about what your organisation needs and whether this is the right fit.
