A bespoke review of your workplace documents through a neuro-inclusion lens – with clear recommendations and suggested redrafts, not just a report of findings

Neuro-Inclusive Document Review

Your documents say more about your organisation than you might think

This isn't a tick-box audit. I review the documents you share with me through a neuro-inclusion lens, looking for ambiguity, gaps, and anything that assumes knowledge or context that isn't actually there.

You receive clear recommendations and, where it's useful, suggested redrafts – a restructured process document, a clearer RACI, a policy rewritten without the wooly language – so you have something to work with, not just a list of things to fix.

What this involves

If you're not sure whether what you have is relevant, bring it to the discovery call – we'll work it out together

Other documents

Identifying where vague language could disadvantage neurodivergent candidates or employees

Role documentation and job descriptions

Reviewing whether expectations are explicit, or just implied

Communication standards

Clarifying responsibilities and sequence so there's no room for individual interpretation to go wrong

Process and workflow documents

Making sure new starters aren't expected to fill in the blanks themselves

Onboarding and induction materials

Checking for ambiguity, assumptions, and gaps in what's actually written down

Policies and procedures

What I can review

Some organisations come to this work ready for a workshop. Others aren't there yet – whether that's buy-in, logistics, or simply wanting to see what the documents reveal before committing to something bigger.

Either way, if your documents become clearer and more neuro-inclusive as a result of this work, that's a real outcome – regardless of what comes next.

This might be where we start...
or where we stop

Every engagement starts with a discovery call to understand what you have and what matters most. From there, scope and timescales are agreed before any work begins.

The review is carried out on a day rate, agreed in advance. Depending on what you send me, you'll receive a written recommendations report, suggested redrafts, or both.

I can only assess what's written – not whether it's practised. But that's often where the gaps are most visible.
